We do not guarantee the quality, performance, licensing status, availability, or results of any member, supplier, contractor, designer, or service provider listed within the community or directory.
Any business relationship established between members is solely the responsibility of the parties involved.
Termination
Maru Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships, accounts, event participation, or platform access for violations of these Terms, inappropriate conduct, misuse of services, or activities that negatively impact the community.
SMS Communications and Messaging Terms
SMS Communications
By opting in and providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Maru Network related to appointment reminders, service updates, promotions, offers, and other messages about our services. Message frequency may vary.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. You are responsible for any applicable charges from your wireless provider.
Opt-Out & STOP
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message from us. After sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent unless you opt in again.
